🫵🏼 PARENTS: Let’s talk about this Monday madness and how it may even be the reason your nanny is quitting. 😔
Look, we get it. Life gets busy and the weekends can fly by! 🤷🏻‍♀️BUT that doesn’t mean we should leave our nannies in the dust picking up a “more than normal” mess!
Here are some ways you can help prevent this issue from occurring:
➡️ Have the kids, or yourself, do a sweep through their general play areas to pick up any toys 🧸 🪀
➡️ Run the laundry before you go to bed 🧺
➡️ Load and run the weekend dishes Sunday night so that it is easy to load up throughout the next day 🥛🧼
➡️ If applicable, make sure backpacks are in their regular spot so they can be easily checked and packed with lunches in the morning! 🎒
Remember, your nanny arrives to work ready to take on the day AND THE WEEK! But walking in to chaos can easily make this more challenging. Let’s make sure we are communicating well and helping our nannies to ensure healthy relationships and happy children!! ❤️
