Hi! My name is Amanda Kapci, I am the Founder and CEO of The Nanny Concierge. I was born and raised in Arizona. I say Arizona is my favorite state although I also love to travel and experience new places and cultures. I started out my journey as a Nanny. I was with my longest Nanny family for almost 5 years while I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. After graduating, I became a third grade teacher at a private school in the Phoenix area.

Administrative Manager
Hi! My name is Leilani and I am a mother, wife, and the Administrative Manager at The Nanny Concierge! Having previously been a nanny and now a mother, I understand how important our role is here at TNC. I have a broad spectrum of duties as the Administrative Manager that include substitute/temporary placements for our clients and nannies, creating job profiles for our clients, sending out our monthly newsletter, handling our social media accounts, and more!
I love being able to communicate with clients and nannies and help wherever help is needed! Using my experience from prior administrative roles and taking my studies of business management into this position, I have been able to contribute to the lasting relationships TNC has built between nannies and families and it is so rewarding! Plus, I have the greatest team to work with! I greatly appreciate the work-life balance that is valued here at The Nanny Concierge.
When I am not running after my toddler, I am cooking, reading, doing arts and crafts (aka cleaning up the paint my one year old has put all over her face), trying out a new coffee shop with my husband, or spending as much time outdoors as possible! I look forward to meeting many more nannies and clients!

Hi! My name is Chloe, and I’m the Vetting Coordinator here at TNC. I’m so excited to be part of this amazing team! I truly believe in Amanda’s mission to help families thrive through a personalized placement approach. Hiring someone to work in your home and care for your children is such an important and intimate decision, and I take that responsibility to heart. I love working with people and find so much joy in knowing we can make a real difference by placing the right nanny with the right family.
I’m currently living in sunny Phoenix, AZ, where I’ve been for the past nine years. I’m originally from Colorado but moved here to attend Grand Canyon University for both my undergrad and master’s programs. I’m married, and my husband and I have a sweet miniature dachshund named Hazel who basically runs the house.
In my free time, I love hanging out with my family and checking out new restaurants. On any given Saturday, you’ll probably find me thrifting, crocheting, reading, or at a group fitness class.

my story....
I loved teaching and working with children and families, however, my husband and I were also ready to start our family. We have 4 beautiful daughters who I stayed home with for almost 10 years before I knew it was time for my next adventure!
In the summer of 2017, my oldest daughter hit ‘go live’ on my first website for my maternity concierge business, Butterfly Baby Concierge. Butterfly Baby Concierge grew very quickly and organically. As I was working with my clients, I found their number one request kept being to place their nanny. I realized that their needed to be a more personalized approach to nanny placements and that’s when The Nanny Concierge was born!
The last 7 years of building the TNC team and working with thousands of nannies and clients has been an absolute joy and a time for learning/growing. I am looking forward to continuing to build our TNC family for many many years to come!
