What to Expect
The Nanny Concierge begins our journey with you by booking an hour long interview, preferably in your home. We will dive into everything you are looking for. We want to know what is important to your family. We take into account your preferred; personality, hours needed, and level of nanny expertise. We also take your budget into consideration and will only bring you nannies who are within your desired budget.ย
We will bring you at least 3 highly-qualified, fully vetted, and background checked nannies to interview. We want you to have many fantastic candidates to choose from!
Step 1
Phone Call: We will schedule a FREE 30 minute phone call to hear about what you are ideally looking for, address any questions/concerns, and tell you more about The Nanny Concierge process and philosophy.
Step 2
In home interview: Our founder, Amanda will meet with you in your home or over a Zoom call to discuss your ideal candidate.
Step 3
Nanny Candidates: TNC will send you nanny profiles that only meet the expectations and requirements of your position.
Step 4
Second Round Interviews: Our Nanny Coordinator will take care of scheduling each of your interviews for you and will make sure you have all of the necessary resources for your interviews. Our team will be with you every step of the way, so youโre never alone!ย
Step 5
Working Interviews: This is a time for the nanny and employer to make sure itโs going to be a positive match.
Step 6
Offer Made: TNC will draft an offer of employment to the nanny of your choosing.
Step 7
Concierge Service: After we place your nanny, TNC is still available for unlimited questions, thoughts, and encouragement! We will continue to provide your family with an Elite level of service for years to come!
