Hi, my name is Shelby, and I am the Vetting Coordinator for The Nanny Concierge. As a lifelong Arizona resident, new mom to a little girl, and former nanny of seven years, I bring both personal and professional experience to my role. My time working directly with families shaped my deep appreciation for meaningful connections, trust, and the details that truly make a difference in childcare.

Having lived in Arizona my whole life, I value the sense of community and connection that comes with supporting local families. As a mom, I understand firsthand that when it comes to your child, trust is everything. Being able to help families find exceptional, reliable care is what makes this work so close to my heart.

Before stepping into my current role, I spent seven years as a nanny with The Nanny Concierge, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding both family needs and caregiver strengths. Now, as Vetting Coordinator, I’m passionate about helping match families with the right support system so they can thrive.

Outside of work, I love watching my daughter grow and develop new skills, taking Pilates classes, and grabbing a coffee before heading out to browse my favorite stores. I’m dedicated to helping create supportive, nurturing environments where both children and families can flourish.
